Beautifully done space, comfy bed, big telly, all the equipment you could need and a glorious woodburner with loads of wood provided. Tucked away little spot with shops and great walks nearby. Perfect spot for a working week 'from home'.
Brilliant place to visit, quiet and very easy to get to places on Hayling island and highly recommended
Lovely little place to stay for the weekend to get some sea air! Log burner was super cosy at this time of the year. Smart TV was a nice surprise to snuggle and watch some good TV in the evenings. Thank you for having us (Sorry couldn’t put anything in guest book as I didn’t have a pen!) x
Brilliant place, everting you need for a little get away. Log burner is a lovely addition and keeps the place lovely and toastie
Stayed here for 3 days and we had a great time, its a lovely cosy little place to stay, The shower is great and the log burner makes it very warm, The bedroom is up some very steep stairs basically a ladder and the bedroom has a very low ceiling but it was good enough to sleep in with a comfy bed. Has a good size drive and is in a nice area. I would stay here again and would recommend it aswell.

Very tidy and clean accommodation , own parking spot and heated by a log burner . All in all a lovely place to stay with Portsmouth and Chichester within 15 minutes drive .
Absolutely fantastic property, can’t fault a single thing, beautifully clean, great facilities for everything you need for cooking and chilling out. Log burner easy to use and perfectly heats the whole property. Thank you thank you thank you
